Closings have increased from approximately 100 closings to an average of 450 residential and commercial closings per year. Along with the increase in closings, lender support of title insurance premiums in Tennessee has increased revenue for Fairway Title and its stockholder, GreenBank.

Stewart Title Guaranty Company is the insurance underwriter for Fairway Title and has been a valuable partner with the company since the first day.
